Fluid Pilates Bootcamp is a boutique, dynamic, reformer Pilates studio. They focus on intense sessions using the very latest in reformer technology, the Allegro 2, shipped direct from California. These machines are expertly designed and totally safe, allowing you to stretch and strengthen joints and muscles without causing undue stress or aggravating previous injuries.
