Describe your business:

Our Business is simply bathrooms. We design bathrooms using the latest 3D design software and supply bathroom equipment to both the trade and the public. We also provide a full installation service using our in house installation teams.

Who are your customers?

Our customers range from domestic home owners looking for a new fully fitted bathroom to property developers and builders etc fitting out new dwellings and extensions. We also supply larger contracts such as housing sites and Hotels.

What inspires you?

The need to continually push the business forward. Standing still in business is not an option in todays difficult climate and ever changing world. Its crucial that we embrace anything new in order to ensure that our business evolves and stays ahead of the competition.

What sets you apart from your competitors?

We would like to think that our level of customer service is second to none. We firmly believe that the key to a long and successful business is to build a reputation based on a high level of customer service and we are continually looking for ways to improve it.

What has been your greatest business challenge?

Setting up and moving into our new showroom has easily been our greatest challenge so far. Apart from the financial commitment involved we worked seven days a week for nearly twelve months in order to open the new showroom on time. Stressful times but all very worth it in the end.

What has been your greatest business success?

Selecting the right brands for the new showroom has been paramount to our success so far. We very much want to be known for selling and installing quality lifetime products .Villeroy & Boch, Laufen, Matki and Keuco are just a few of the quality European brands that we have on display in our showroom.

What keeps you motivated?

Our motivation comes from the need to continually push the business forward on all levels. I think all businesses should regularly ask themselves, how can they improve what they do? Its very easy to think you are doing well and then become complaisant.

What are your plans for the next twelve months?

We have plans to continually develop and expand the showroom by changing many of the displays so that we can showcase the newest products. We also have plans to continually develop and invest in staff training, particularly in product and technical knowledge

In terms of growth, we are particularly looking to expand the commercial side of the business by expanding our customer base of Builders, Developers and Plumbers etc.
