Romany lore

These photographs were taken over a two-year period and shot at the historic Stow-on-the-Wold Horse Fair which takes place bi-annually in May and October. The fair has been running for over 500 years and attracts gypsies and travellers from all over the country, who flock to the event not only to buy and sell horses, but to socialise and catch up with friends and family.
