A Headington dance scholar has won a coveted place at a competitive dance training scheme
A Headington dance scholar has won a coveted place at a competitive dance training scheme.
Madeleine Jesson, L6, successfully auditioned for the Centre of Advanced Training at The Place in London.
The scheme involves training at the world-renowned dance studio, The Place, every weekend for training in Ballet, Contemporary and Creative Dance.
Faith Jackson, Headington’s director of dance says, “This is an outstanding achievement as the training is for students with exceptional ability. The scheme offers specialist coaching, supporting students’ progress, which will be amazing for Madeleine. Well done, her!”
Madeleine says, “Overall, I’m really excited and shocked as I wasn’t expecting to get in!”
