Porsche Club Great Britain celebrated its Golden Jubilee at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, in September, 50 years from its foundation in 1961. Based originally in North London, the Club moved its office to Northleach in 1986 and then, as membership increased, to its current premises in Moreton-in-Marsh in 1995.

Hundreds of members and Porsches participated in the festivities, which were open to the general public too, and included displays of Porsche cars from every era, with activities and competitions, as well as a Coys auction, trade stands and a glittering Gala Dinner with entertainment from Mike dAbo.
