Guest waiter Morten Hesselholt made a special trip from the Dormy Hotel's sister hotel Ruth's in Denmark to ensure its Danish evening was a great success.

Guest waiter Morten Hesselholt made a special trip from the Dormy Hotel's sister hotel Ruth's in Denmark to ensure its Danish evening was a great success.

The menu was devised by the Dormy House's director Danish born Ingrid Philip-Sorensen and was intended to give guests a taste of Denmark in the heart of the Cotswolds. Guests were treated to glasses of Schnapps, followed by traditional dishes including; marintated herrings, Frikadeller meatballs, sourdough bread and Danish pastries.
