To celebrate the reopening of the Cirencester Parish Church Father Willis organ, the church welcomed hundreds of people with a week-long programme. Rebuilt by Harrison & Harrison, this spectacular instrument was showcased through a variety of events designed to demonstrate its versatility and international importance.

The only organ festival in history to conquer volcanic ash clouds, the first Cirencester Parish Church Organ Festival officially opened the rebuilt organ in the church with a spectacular series of events.

Proceeds from the festival will be split between The Campaign for Cirencester Parish Church and The Meningitis Trust. www.cirencesterorganfestival.co.uk
