Bredon School Ball

Bredon School celebrated its 50th birthday with an Anniversary Ball within the magnificent Old Hall at Pull Court. Doug Sharp, son of the founder of the school, Lt Col A K Sharp, who sadly passed away three years ago, welcomed guests including former teachers, Old Bredonians, current parents and staff, and the present Headmaster John Hewitt.

Formed in 1962, Bredon was one of the first schools to be officially recognised by the then Department of Education as offering special provision for dyslexic children, and the school continues to offer immense opportunities for those with specific learning difficulties today.
