In commemoration of 100 years since the start of World War One, the Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has put together a poignant display in the University chapel foyer at the historic Cirencester campus.

Using artefacts and material from the University archives, the display recreates the story of the RAU and the War and remembers those Royal Agricultural College staff, students and governors who were killed during World War One.

The College was shut from 1915 to 1922 and was used to re-house the Milton Girls School from Gravesend in Kent during this time.

The display will be on show until Friday November 14 and is open for members of the public to visit (except during private services).
