Chef patron Mark Payne has established a reputation for affordable luxury, enticing customers with imaginative dishes created, where possible using, only the best local and seasonal produce.


The food truly takes centre stage with Mark trying to source as much of his food as he possibly can from within the Gloucestershire borders including whenever possible, soft fruits and vegetables from his fiancées allotment.
