Have you bought your tickets yet? Back for a fourth consecutive year, Lakefest is one not to be missed. The ever-popular music festival takes place over three days at Croft Farm Waterpark, near Tewkesbury, from August 7-9. Whether you fancy glamping, camping or just popping along for one of the days to see your favourite acts, we’ve got the lowdown on who you can expect to see.

Packed full of eclectic musical talent, this year’s line-up is bigger and better than ever. Around 90 acts will set the stages alight over three splendid summer days. The extravaganza is set against a magical backdrop of tranquil water, with plenty to keep both big and little kids entertained!

Rock band Embrace, alternative rock band Ash, Billy Bragg, and The Magic Numbers will take to the Main Stage as this year’s headliners. Joining them will be: D:Ream, Goldie Lookin Chain, Lloyd Yates, Nizlopi, The Selecter, The Correspondents, Dreadzone, Hayseed Dixie, and many more.

From the start, the organisers of this award-winning festival have always remained true to their love of music and keep this at the heart of what happens, and so a focus on local talent has always remained. Local bands including The Roving Crows, and Erica will also be keeping revellers dancing, come rain or shine!

This year, there will be a diverse range of activities to keep the little ones entertained, from kite-making to circus skills, Glamba drumming workshops, BMX skills and even some walk-about dragons and story-telling, as well as the water sports that are available on-site. The serene spaces provide the ultimate chill-out area, and there will also be Children’s Yoga and Adults’ Yoga to indulge in.

Set to perform on the The Floating Globe Stage are: Jasper in the Company of Others, The Lounge Crusade, Lisbee Stainton, The No-Good Nancys, John Adams, Future Set, The Cracked, Outcast Band, Foreign Affairs, Robin Pierce Band, Woo Town Hillbillies, Tors, The Hawthornes, Bad Cardigan, Skewehiff, The Leylines, Crow Puppets, Mark Harrison and Claire Boswell.
