More than 200 delegates, 23 roundtable experts and 30 innovative exhibitor stands packed the region’s largest exhibition venue the Centaur, Cheltenham racecourse. The main purpose, to debate the step change currently being witnessed in commerce today regarding sustainability, as companies move from corporate social responsibility to corporate sustainable value. The main highlight of the event, hosted by Commercial, was the unveiling of Commercial Foundations.
As a social enterprise it has been created specifically to harness the power of Commercial in providing real, on-going support to disadvantaged young people. The aim, to enable them to dramatically and positively change their lives. The three brands under Commercial Foundations include: WE DO Print, WE DO Leadership and WE DO Innovation. The day celebrated the success of the first WE DO Print course, supported by Young Gloucestershire and CCP, and the young people who completed it. The second course is now under way.
