A Cheltenham-based business has been nominated for a top national award to be announced by TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp.
Blighty Antiques on 11 Great Norwood Street has been shortlisted for Britains Best Antique Shop in the BBC Homes & Antiques magazine awards.
Launched by BBC Homes & Antiques magazine and Antiques News & Fairs, the competition invited nominations from public to find the unsung heroes of the high street.
Sarah Seccombe, owner of Blighty Antiques, says, We are delighted to have made the shortlist of five for Britains Best Antique Shop. Its a great testament to the hard work we put into the running of the shop that we started back in October 2009.We would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us.
The Location, Location, Location presenter will announce the winners at the Bath Decorative & Antiques Fair at 3pm on Thursday, March 8.
