Having only opened in September last year, owners Chris White and Purdey Spooner are delighted to be recognised in this way.

“It is a huge honour to have been nominated for such a prestigious award, let alone reach the final. Especially when you look at the roll call of previous nominees and winners, including Lima and Chiltern Fire House. Some of these are among my favourite restaurants and run by such inspirational and innovative Chefs” said Chris.

The White Spoon, located in Royal Well Road, offers an exceptional standard of food, presenting season ingredients in innovative ways, in a relaxed atmosphere, an alternative to traditional fine dining.
