Number Four at Stow voted Trip Advisor Top Choice!

Trip Advisor has just published their Travellers Choice of the Best 25 Hotels in the United Kingdom and high on the list of customer nominations is Number Four at Stow in 9th place; the only Cotswold hotel to feature in the Top 25! From the moment Caroline and Patricia Lsel opened the doors for business in 2010 this contemporary boutique hotel and restaurant has steadily been making its mark with Trip Advisor customers and has for some time featured as the websites Number 1 hotel in the Cotswolds.

For the hotel, the most significant aspect of this award is that it represents the voice of the customer and flicking through the customer reviews for Number Four the most consistent comments praise the warm welcome, friendly staff, personal service, fabulous food, cleanliness and excellent customer care.

Commenting on this tribute, the Lsel sisters expressed their delight with this endorsement by their customers. Firstly, we would like to convey our thanks to those who enabled us to achieve this distinction. Customer feedback is vitally important to us, and we really appreciate the time and trouble taken by our customers to write reports on Trip Advisor following their visit to Number Four and we keep these under constant review. We can only measure our performance and establish areas for improvement from talking to our customers and reading these reports. However, this important accolade does not mean we can relax; all of our customers including those discerning followers of Trip Advisor deserve the best and we know that in order to maintain this position we must sustain our acknowledged high standards of hospitality, service, comfort and good food.
