Inspiring AgriTech Innovation

The Inspiring AgriTech Innovation Programme is part financed by GFirst LEP and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to provide business support to AgriTech innovators, start-ups and existing AgriTech Enterprises in Cirencester, Gloucestershire and Nationwide which have the potential to create jobs and wealth at local and national levels.

The programme is run over a two day workshop at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. The workshops are free to attend and eligibility is judged by an Expression of Interest form.

Dates for 2018 workshops are:

March 15 and 16

May 10 and 11

July 5 and 6

September 6 and 7

November 15 and 16

AgriTech Talk

AgriTech Talk networking events are held on the second Wednesday of each month at Trent Lodge, Cirencester. At each event we hear from both a Farm491 member and a Service Provider as well as enjoying a light lunch and networking opportunity.

These events are free to attend but we do require numbers for catering. To register for a ticket and find out more about the month’s speaker please follow the below links:

Farm491 Membership

Farm491 is a space for innovators to grow their businesses by applying technology to growing environments. Farm491 provides high-spec facilities created to foster entrepreneurship, ideas generation, and collaboration – it includes 491 hectares of farmland for research and testing.

Farm491 offers full time office space at Trent Lodge, Cirencester starting from £250 pcm inclusive of utilities.

Practical workshop space is also available on farm at Harnhill Manor Farm from £500 pcm.
