The idyllic Cotswold village of Broadway saw the opening of The Broadway Gunroom in May.

Hidden away in the picturesque location, the shop’s fireplace, stone floors, sofa and original paintings on the walls give it a traditional feel that benefits its rural location along with plentiful free car parking available. The Broadway Gunroom received a warm welcome when it opened its doors.

The Business is owned by Chris Sugden, who gained plenty of experience working 14 years at Ian Coley’s Gun Shop. As well as offering a full gunsmithing service, The Broadway Gunroom stocks sporting shotguns, air rifles, rifles, shotguns for game shooting, shotgun cartridges, rifle ammunition, lamping equipment, archery equipment, clothing from brands like Schoffel, Barbour and Musto, and dog training accessories and the Masters range of dog food.

Chris says, “The shop is receiving a lot of support from people I already know in the area and I look forward to welcoming new faces when the word gets about.” He added that he has tried to include products in the shop that will appeal to a wide range of people: “I’m trying to provide a first-class service for the local area.”
