Two graduates of the world famous Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester have joined the team at land and property agents Moore Allen & Innocent.

Andrew Stibbard comes to the firm from Jones Lang LaSalle in London, where he managed portfolios for big names including Deutsche Bank and Scottish Widows. As Moore Allen & Innocent's new commercial surveyor, Andrew will be overseeing the sale and letting of shops, offices, industrial properties and development land along with provision of management and other professional commercial services in and around Cirencester. Among the most interesting properties currently being marketed are a 700 square foot commercial art gallery attached to the Fossebridge Inn, near Northleach and a pair of tenanted retail units with six flats above in Silver Street, Cirencester, which are being sold as an investment opportunity. Farmer's son Andrew (29), who studied property agency and marketing at the Royal Agricultural College, enjoys shooting and is widely travelled, with Easter Island, Burma, and Hong Kong among the stamps in his passport.

Meanwhile, Hannah Brown (24) has joined the firm as a rural surveyor. Based in the company's extensive agricultural department, Hannah, who has a BSc honours in rural land management from the RAC, is training towards her final Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors professional qualifications. While just a few weeks into the job, she's already been mapping farmland using the latest satellite technology, and advising landowners on agri-environment schemes, which reward conservation initiatives with financial incentives. Hannah lives on an arable farm in Worcestershire, where her family also rear 40,000 pheasants a year for shoots.
