PROBATE AND TRUSTS EXPERT JOINS WITHY KING

Oxford law firm, Withy King, has appointed Laura Yuill to the role of Probate and Trusts Manager.

She joins Withy Kings Private Client team based in New Inn Hall Street from Manches LLP where she worked alongside partner Tom Gilman before he returned to Withy King to head up their private client team in Oxford last year.

Tom said: With over 16 years experience in her field, Laura is highly regarded for her in-depth knowledge of estates and trusts as well as her sensitive, caring approach to her work. I am delighted to be working with Laura again as part of our growing team in Oxford.

Laura specialises in probate, estate administration and trust management, including completion of accounts and tax returns, resealing foreign grants and making applications for grants on behalf of non-UK domiciled deceased estates owning assets in the UK. She is particularly experienced and highly regarded in dealing with valuable and complex estates.

Speaking about her work, Laura said: When you are mourning the loss of someone you care about, it can be extremely difficult if you also have to deal with their estate and make decisions about what happens to their property, money and possessions. These matters can be time-consuming, confusing and emotionally exhausting. It means a lot to me when clients tell me they are grateful for my help and that a burden has been lifted off them, knowing that these very personal matters are being dealt with professionally and kindly.

Withy King is well known in Oxfordshire for its client-focused approach and comprehensive range of services geared towards individuals at every stage of their lives. I look forward to playing my part.
