PUBLISHED: 11:08 21 November 2013 | UPDATED: 12:26 21 November 2013

Luxury residential property services from Fine & Country are now available throughout Oxfordshire via established estate and lettings agency Andrews.

The prestige service is finely tailored for homes of local, regional or national importance. A team of five highly experienced and proficient agents with in-depth knowledge of the local scene specialise in marketing and sale activities associated with the properties. Homes ranging in value from £500,000 to £1.5million in Oxford, suburbs and surrounding villages are eligible.

Each of Andrews’ four branches in the region offer the Fine & Country package, including Headington, Botley, Abingdon and Witney. Clients benefit from local expertise, national exposure and innovative marketing that focuses on the lifestyle a property offers. Professional photography and ‘videoettes’ help to showcase the luxury homes, bringing them to life for potential buyers.

Malcolm Lindley, director of Fine & Country says: “Andrews truly champion the Fine & Country brand in Cheltenham and Bristol and I look forward to working with the new Oxford office. It is an obvious addition to our 275 location-strong global network because it is a beautiful city with so much character. Homes here will work well with our lifestyle marketing strategy and will receive the exposure they deserve via our Park Lane office to both the lucrative London and international investor markets.”

Fine & Country, awarded ‘Britain’s Best Prestige Property Estate Agent’ in the Estate Agency awards in 2011 and 2010, has offices in over 300 locations worldwide. Fine & Country is a global network of licensed real estate offices specialising in the marketing, sale and rental of luxury residential properties. The company has offices in 275 locations around the world including in the UK, Dubai, Egypt, France, Malta, Mauritius, Namibia, Portugal, Qatar, Spain, South Africa and West Africa. Fine & Country also won Best Estate Agency Marketing and Best International Estate Agency Marketing in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 at the International Property Awards.
