The move from Cirencester to London enables Money.co.uk to be closer to its management team
Financial website Money.co.uk is relocating from its offices in Cirencester to the headquarters of its parent company ZPG in London.
The move will enable the brand to be closer to its management team and follows a consultation period with its 40 employees, resulting in a number of redundancies over the next six months.
Money.co.uk was established in 2008 and moved into the Castle in Cirencester at the end of 2013. Two years later, the company was ranked the second fastest growing UK business in the Sunday Times Fast Track league table. The company invested in a major refurbishment of the Castle, renovating and preserving the historic grade two listed building’s rapidly deteriorating interior.
Since its acquisition by ZPG in 2017, Money.co.uk has continued to grow its free, online comparison tool enabling consumers to compare thousands of financial products and make better-informed decisions.
Bojan Radlovic, General Manager of Money.co.uk, said: “Everyone at Money.co.uk is passionate about delivering the best possible service for consumers and we would not be where we are today without the Cirencester team’s dedication and hard work. Relocating to London has therefore been a very difficult decision. While we believe this is the right way forward to ensure the future success of the brand and bring together all our financial services teams, we know that this is a difficult time for many of those affected and we are supporting them through this process.”
