The Smart Actuator Company Ltd (SmartAct) is pleased to announce it has been named as a winner of a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation. The award is acknowledgement of SmartAct’s Electric Actuation, motor driven technology and company growth in the last few years

It is a tremendous achievement for the company and fantastic recognition for everyone who has been involved with the SmartAct Company.

This prestigious award recognises not only the quality of the innovation itself but the enterprising spirit that drives the success of this business.

The SmartAct is a genuine business success story. Invented by a Malvern local resident James O’Donnell (MD) the company manufacture a truly innovative product that is revolutionising the world of Valve & Actuation. The company is currently the 6th fastest growing company in the Midlands and is proud to be a Malvern based company with Family Business values.

The timing is perfect as SmartAct join the National Apprenticeship scheme and welcome 4 new young apprentices into the team.
