Lister Unified Communications are growing, taking on SITM as a group company. The Stonehouse based telecoms provider acquired the IT company to extend their range of IT services

“There’s increasing integration between telecoms and IT. It’s rare to find one existing independently of the other” explains Rob Lister, Director of Lister Unified Communications. “Lister’s have always been about offering a complete telecoms solution, with excellent customer service and technical support. By bringing SITM into the fold we’re ensuring that our customers have access to expert IT support and a fantastic range of IT services, which will in turn give them a better solution for their businesses communications.”

“It’s a partnership that’s great for both businesses” commented SITM Director Phil Battrick, “SITM customers have access to Lister’s unparalleled customer service and telecoms offerings, and Lister’s customers get stronger IT support and more specialist IT services.”

SITM are to keep their existing name and branding, but will now form a part of the Lister’s Group. “It’s exciting to be in a position where we can expand like this to offer our customers additional services” continued Rob. “We’ve always prided ourselves on our old school values and putting the customer first, and it’s fantastic to be able to keep those traditional values at the core of our business even as new technologies develop our business in different directions.”

Lister Unified Communications, one of the largest, most experienced, telecommunications suppliers in the region, operate throughout the UK and service over 1500 active clients, offering services covering onsite telecoms, mobile workforce, cloud solutions data & networks.. In a young, exciting industry, we pride ourselves on our old-school values and our strong, customer-focused ethos.
