Inca expands with five recruits and new office

Specialist small business accountancy firm, Inca, has appointed five new team members and expanded into a new office, which will help the firm double in size as it aims to become a £1million practice by 2020.

Based at the Cobweb Buildings in Lyford near Wantage, Inca has signed a flexible lease agreement for an additional 1,000 sq ft, in an adjacent building, doubling its current office space to accommodate the firm’s expansion plans.

Inca’s co-founder, Graham Carson, said: “The new building will be ready at the right time as with our five new team members we will soon be bursting at the seams. We are currently undertaking refurbishment works to connect our two buildings and completely fit it out to include a social area, shower and picnic facility. It’s important to us that our growing team can make the most of our rural location at lunchtimes.”

Inca was founded by husband and wife team, Graham and Lesley Carson nearly 13 years ago. The new office building will open in towards the end of 2015.
