Free cyber awareness courses for Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire College and UK Digital Lead Professor Richard Benham get funding for Cyber Awareness courses for all Gloucestershire businesses

Professor Benham has written a bespoke course for Gloucestershire College to deliver first class Cyber Awareness training to all Gloucestershire businesses completely free. With Cyber being at the top of the agenda from government, the boardroom down he is delighted to be supporting ALL Gloucestershire businesses and collaborating with Gloucestershire College to get a first class course fully funded. It’s easy to apply and open to all Gloucestershire employees over 19 years old in full time employment.

As the South West Digital lead on Cyber Professor Benham is delighted to have this opportunity and help ALL Gloucestershire businesses and hope they will take advantage of this FREE training. Gloucestershire is leading the way and getting Cyber Training FULLY funded and this is highly recommended to help businesses better protect their employees and their business.

Professor Benham, a UK expert has written a number of Awareness courses backed by government and was the first professor to have written an MBA in Cyber Security so well placed to write a course that is relevant to business and will add real value to all employees in the county.

The first course is being launch as part of Cyber Resilience week on Monday September 11, held at Gloucestershire College, Cheltenham Campus, with many courses to follow to ensure all businesses get the chance to train their staff free of charge.

Gloucestershire College is delighted to offer free cyber awareness training in partnership with Professor Richard Benham and Cyber4Business. These one-day training courses will provide businesses with reassurance that their employees are aware of good cyber practices for the workplace and at home.
