The Fairford & Lechlade Business Club (FLBClub) is thrilled to announce that the headline sponsor for the 2018 Business Awards will be the Lakes by yoo, a prestigious 850 acre private estate situated between Fairford and Lechlade

They will welcome back BBC Radio Glos Breakfast Show presenter and writer for Cotswold Life, Mark Cummings as our compere at the 2018 Business Awards Dinner on Saturday January 27 at 7pm at Cotswold Hoburne, South Cerney.

The FLBClub is expecting a bumper year of entries from the many local enterprising businesses in the area. Previous winners have been elated to find that all their hard work, skills and successes are recognised at the FLBClub Awards and have enjoyed celebrating with their team just how great their business is.

Over the years, the FLBClub has grown in membership and now supports businesses from a very wide area across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire including Swindon, Cirencester, Oxford, Faringdon, Highworth and Cricklade.

The FLBClub is inviting all FLBC member businesses to enter the Awards as well as non-members in the postcodes areas: GL7, SN6, SN7 or OX18. If you are not a member and are not located in the above postcode areas, then why not join the Business Club? It costs only £40 pa and is great value for money with many benefits.

The main Awards to enter are:

• Business of the Year

• Business Person of the Year

• New Business of the Year

• Most Innovative Business of the Year

The other Awards are:

• Most Outstanding Business Student of the Year – chosen from Year 10 Business Students at Farmor’s School.

• The Howard Dowler Award - chosen by the Chair and presented to a FLBClub member or member business that has made an outstanding contribution to the local community.

• The Bob Warren Hospitality Award - the winner will be the hospitality venue that receives the most number of votes between December 1 and 31 2017.

As well as the Awards Presentations, the Business Awards evening features a popular Grand Auction and raffle. There are lots of really good prizes to win or to bid for, but more would be welcomed. Please contact admin@flbc.org.uk to offer a prize.

Visit the website www.flbc.org.uk for more information, enter the Awards, vote for the Hospitality venue and/or book your place at the Business Awards Dinner.

For any other information, please contact Chris on 01285 712150 or 0744 350 0744 or admin@flbc.org.uk.
