Cirencester office rental company poised to roll out business growth service

United Business Centres (UBC) has been renting serviced office suites to local Cirencester firms for the past eight years. Now, the flexible workspace company is preparing to go one step further.

Following a partnership with the award-winning platform, Mi Ventures, clients of UBC’s Cirencester Business Centre at Cirencester Office Park can now benefit from expert one-to-one business advice via an online live chat service which will instantly connect small firms with expert business mentors to provide essential know-how on business management and growth.

The new service is launched at the end of June, and is expected to further increase demand for UBC’s offices at Tetbury Road.

This unique service connects UBC clients with experienced business mentors, allowing business owners to seek advice on various topics associated with running and growing a business. Users can access business factsheets including marketing and finance templates,

and network with fellow business owners at other UBC centres across the UK. The service is simple and unobtrusive, allowing business owners to chat with advisors at the click of a button and at their own convenience.

Commenting on the new service, UBC’s Managing Director Tom Mulvaney said: “At UBC, business support is in our blood. We’ve been providing flexible business accommodation and on-site support services to SMEs across the UK for many years, and this new partnership with Mi Ventures adds another vital element to our support network.

“Our hardworking clients are doing incredible things, but starting and growing a business brings many challenges. At UBC we’re dedicated to helping them achieve their goals any way we can. So we’re delighted to work with Mi Ventures to offer a unique, free service that will connect our clients with the people and solutions they need to take their enterprise to the next level.”

Director of Mi Ventures, Greg Thomas, said: “Small business owners today have little time to spend on seeking advice, so this platform

provides a much needed instant service that brings business support direct to the business owner. The live chat service will now give UBC clients a direct platform for business advice and support as and when they need it.”

Business advisors are available to chat Monday - Friday between 9am and 7pm (excluding

public bank holidays)
