Carter Jonas promotes two senior positions in Oxford office

Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has promoted 26 of its employees across its commercial, planning and development, residential and rural divisions, two of which are based in its Oxford office which totals more than 70 people.
Edmund Smith, who specialises in farm and country estate agency, together with the management of agricultural estates for both private and institutional clients, and rural valuations, has been promoted to associate partner; and Claire Johnson, new homes sales manager who manages multiple new homes sites with a number of different developers across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Somerset, has been promoted to associate.
Mark Granger, chief executive, Carter Jonas said: “Over the past 12 months, the firm has increased its staff numbers by 15% in line with our ambitious national growth strategy. We recognise the hard work and commitment of all our teams. I am extremely pleased to be acknowledging the endeavours of several more individuals this year through these promotions.”
