The good news is that Buy With Confidence is now available to businesses in the Cotswolds

Local businesses in the area can now be Trading Standards approved by applying to become a member of Buy With Confidence, the non-profit approval scheme that has the support of more than 50 local authorities. This is a new way of giving consumers more confidence in their local traders and also boosting business growth of almost all sectors across the county.

But what exactly is Buy With Confidence? Since 1999, Buy With Confidence has created a safe platform for local businesses, where anyone can find the company they need, knowing that their search will lead to businesses which are committed to good customers service and are legal, honest and trustworthy.

The badge ‘Trading Standards Approved’ brings with it the recognition of a job well done. All Buy With Confidence members undergo rigorous vetting during an audit process, to confirm their procedures are correct and that they take care of their customers.

But there are other benefits for the companies that are part of the scheme. From being part of the on and offline directory to tailored Trading Standards advice, other of the advantages of being a member are having the right to use the Trading Standards Approved logo, mediation in case of a dispute and access to special offers and tools to help your business grow.

The good news is that Buy With Confidence is now available to businesses in the Cotswolds. Visit the website and apply online. It is the first step to set your business apart from your competitors!
