PUBLISHED: 11:55 05 June 2014

Basepoint Tewkesbury will be holding a discussion on how surveys can help businesses at its Networking Hub on Wednesday June 25, with guest speaker Abid Nasar of Smartline.

The event will give local businesses the opportunity to learn about the different purposes of surveys and how they can benefit their business.

Guest speaker Abid Nasar has over 20 years of experience in web design and development, and runs his own business, Smartline International from offices at Basepoint Tewkesbury. His presentation will cover the value of staying in touch with customers, discussing how important feedback from customers can be to find out how your product, service, staff, marketing, and business overall is perceived.

Claire Vagges, Centre Manager at Basepoint Tewkesbury, comments: “Surveys have never been easier to complete using online platforms, and I’m sure there will be a lot of debate and discussion surrounding how businesses can best utilise them within their own strategies. We’re really looking forward to this event and hope everyone benefits from Abid’s talk.”

The free event is taking place at Basepoint Tewkesbury on Wednesday 25th June from 11:30am – 2pm and is open to everyone. To reserve your place, please contact the team at Basepoint Tewkesbury on 01684 854444 or email Tewkesbury@basepoint.co.uk
