Be the Best recruit a solider

With 18,000 military personnel due to leave the Army in the next few years, Local recruitment company, Omega Resource Group has teamed up with The Rifles to support, re-train and ultimately find jobs for these often highly skilled individuals in a very challenging employment market.

Omega are inviting interested companies to join them for a Business Reception to find out how their business could benefit from employing ex-service personnel and meet some of the candidates, whilst networking with other forward thinking companies. This initiative and event are supported by Richard Graham MP, Martin Horwood MP and the Glos Chambers of Commerce and is to be held on 21 February 2013, 6pm-8pm, TA Centre, Eastern Avenue, Gloucester GL4 3BD.

Alan Beresford, Omega CEO comments: We're very proud to be supporting The Rifles; the largest regiment in the British Army, during this challenging time for all of our armed forces. The commercial opportunity for those companies that are recruiting is second to none - great people, skills, attitude and flexibility to name but a few.

So, if your business is looking for general operatives, HGV drivers, team leaders, transport, operations or facilities managers who have the tenacity and ability to build strong, high performing teams, reserve your place at this event by calling Jon Penhale at Omega Resource Group on 01453 829547.
