Turnkey contracting, mechanical electrical and civil engineering company Northavon M&E have today announced a new management structure following investment to the business by three newly appointed Directors

Paul Halfpenny, previously Managing Director of Britannia Construction, has joined the firm as CEO, accompanied by Mark Matthews and David Matthews who join the business as Directors alongside Philip Clarke and Dave Alder.

Paul Halfpenny commented: “I am delighted to be joining the management team at Northavon M&E at this exciting point in the company’s development. I’m joining a well-managed and highly successful local business, and am looking forward to helping us achieve our plans to be the leading M&E Contractor in the South West.

Northavon M&E already provide clients with cutting edge service and quality, we will now build on the strengths that have been developed in the business by the current directors.”

Dave Alder commented: “The team and I are delighted to welcome Paul, Mark and David to Northavon M&E, they are going to be a fantastic addition to the business. They each bring a wealth of experience from our sector and their skills and knowledge will help us achieve our growth plans.”

The business will remain head quartered at its current location on the outskirts of Bath, however to support the businesses growth aspirations, there are plans to open two regional offices.

Founded in 1990, Northavon provides a complete package of M&E contracting services to major clients in the utilities and construction sectors. From initial statement of need, scoping and design through to final commissioning and client takeover, Northavon’s multi-disciplined directly employed workforce is able to provide the complete mix of skills required for the delivery of quality and value driven M&E solutions.
