Gloucestershire-based All Fleet Services, the UK’s leading outsourced service and solutions provider to the Fleet and Automotive industry has won a three year contract with Arval in the UK to provide VE103 documents, the document that hire or lease car drivers require to prove they have permission to take their car abroad.

The contract is All Fleet Services’ first with Arval and will cover more than 160,000 vehicles, whenever their drivers require a VE103 to take their vehicle abroad.

Chris Hart, Sales Director, for All Fleet Services commented on the new contract: “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen by Arval for such a major service provision. As part of the new contract, AFS and Arval are working in partnership to develop a self-service VE103 solution for drivers. Not only does this result in a better experience for the driver, but it is also faster, and more cost effective. We are very much looking forward to working with Arval and their drivers in the future and building a strong mutually beneficial relationship”.

“At All Fleet Services we are developing a number of industry leading, innovative digital solutions both for the wider market and bespoke for specific clients. Our Arval digital VE103 solution is another great example. We very much see ourselves now as a technology business supported by great people”, Chris concluded.

Joel Lund, Service Delivery Director for Arval also commented: “As a legal requirement, these documents are very important to our customers and it’s really important we can make the process fast and easy for them. We selected All Fleet Services as our preferred provider for this reason. They impressed us with their expertise and commitment to delivering a seamless digital solution for the benefit of our customers.”
