The Ryman Stationery Cheltenham Business Club is the perfect way to build and enhance your business during 2013/2014 at the home of Jump racing.

Membership offers cost effective business entertaining and networking opportunities on select racedays in an informal and relaxed environment to impress clients, reward staff, network and build new business.

With five prestigious racedays offered, including the reputed Queen Mother Champion Chase day at The Festival, members enjoy benefits in October, December, March, April and May (dates will be confirmed in August) throughout the core of the Jump racing season.

Four complimentary Club tickets (two at The Festival) and two Car Labels (one at The Festival) are offered for each fixture meaning that throughout the season your business can entertain up to 18 guests, be they the same people or different clients each time. It also offers a great staff incentive and reward.

One of Cheltenham Racecourse’s premium private hospitality facilitates (National Hunt Rooms 1 & 2) is reserved for Business Club members and guests on level three of the Grandstand offering stunning views over the racecourse and also the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure. At The Festival, the Club meets in a private base in the heart of the vibrant Tented Village.

On each occasion Business Club members and guests enjoy a private base for the day, from which to come and go as they please throughout racing. A dedicated host is there each time to welcome and look after the needs of you and your guests throughout the day and to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your membership.

Complimentary racecards are offered, which also include a dedicated full colour page listing your business logo / company name providing terrific exposure to the on-course audience who purchase racecards (over 320,000 are printed each season).

A complimentary tour of the racecourse is offered on each occasion for your guests to learn a little more about the magic and history of the home of Jump racing followed by a racing personality, typically a Jump jockey, talking through the racecard prior to the first race to guide you through the day’s races and which horses, trainers and jockeys to follow – and also sometimes those to avoid!

The private facility offers a cash bar which also operates a tab facility, a hot cash buffet offering you the chance to enjoy a warm meal with your guests and a business card draw for a chance to win tickets to a future Cheltenham fixture.

Race sponsor commitments permitting, races are run in the name of Ryman Stationery Business Club and on occasion there is opportunity for a small number of members and guests to visit the Parade Ring to judge the Best Turned Out Horse Award, watch the race from the Royal Box and present the trophies to the winning connections afterwards.

If that whets your appetite, reduced rate sponsorship and advertising solutions are offered to Business Club members so if you wish to take your involvement at the home of Jump racing one stage further, you can do this through your Business Club membership at reduced cost. In November and March, Cheltenham Racecourse publishes its Official Preview Magazine for The Open and The Festival, a stylish coffee table type magazine previewing the two feature race meetings with interviews with leading racing personalities, news, features and much more. Retailing at £4, as a valued member of the Business Club you will receive a complimentary copy of both in the post. Through the Business Club’s sponsor members and guests are offered a valuable complimentary gift on each occasion courtesy of Ryman Stationery along with unique offers and promotions including discounted membership to Ryman Stationery’s Business Account to benefit your business.

Cheltenham also provides Business Club members with exclusive offers throughout the season, from waiving the £100 joining fee for annual members to discounts on hospitality and other promotions so once you have joined, the benefits just keep coming!

Cheltenham Racecourse has the capacity to thrill, entertain and amaze on every raceday and as a member of the Ryman Stationery Business Club you can share in this and entertain guests, build relationships, reward and motivate staff and develop business leads in a cost effective, appropriate and enjoyable way.
