The annual Cotswold Life Celebration of Christmas Carol Concert was held at Tewkesbury Abbey, where the Tewkesbury Abbey Schola Cantorum, conducted by Benjamin Nicholas and accompanied by organist Alexander Eadon played to a 450-strong congregation.

Mike Lowe, editor of Cotswold Life thanked guest speaker and clinical oncologist Nicholas James for his fascinating insight into the latest clinical trials, research and patient information services and also wished everyone a happy Christmas and New Year.

Prior to the concert, Cotswold supporters of the charity enjoyed a mince pie and wine reception in the Abbey Hall.  The money raised in aid of Cancer Research UK is still being counted at the moment but an announcement will be made shortly.

A big thank you to everyone for your generosity.
