Perry Bishop and Chambers are reporting excellent results as we move towards the end of the year with the number of applicants registering at their offices double that of 2012.

Managing Director, Ian Perry, commented that, “Results year on year have continued to improve all the way through 2013. We have seen applicant numbers double over the previous year and the number of sales in our pipeline is up 50% on the same time last year”.

A major factor in the success we have achieved during the summer and autumn months is down to the new exciting initiative perrybishop.tv.

This new online service gives every property registered with Perry Bishop and Chambers the chance to stand out from the competition with a high quality, animated, walk through video.

Every property that Perry Bishop and Chambers is instructed to sell is transformed into a professionally produced and animated video walk through with backing music and is streamed to its online tv channel. In addition to this free service we are also able to offer the option of an extended property video for individual properties which are made available through our own website and also through all of the major property portals.

Ian Perry said that, “We continue to develop add-ons to this exciting new way of selling a property and in the coming months will be providing a daily 30 minute news broadcast as well as developing individual micro sites for every property that we offer for sale and an individual micro site for every purchaser of a property which will allow them to maintain an up to date folio for use whenever the property is marketed again in the future”.

In addition to this the company remains committed to traditional media supporting local newspapers, magazines and by sponsorship of local charities.

This new service is proving particularly popular with new home developers as we can generate

Walk-throughs for each house type and build micro sites featuring the new home development together with its local amenities and facilities.
