Head to Gloucestershire’s Daylesford Organic on Friday November 4 for a Daylesford supper to mark the 70th anniversary of The Soil Association

Daylesford is delighted to be hosting a supper to mark the launch of the Soil Association 70th Anniversary Appeal. Special guest Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall will join the Soil Association’s Chief Executive, Helen Browning to talk about all things food and farming, whilst a delicious seasonal Daylesford menu specially prepared by their chefs can be enjoyed by guests, followed by a Q&A session with Hugh.

Places are limited and cost £125 per person with all profits going to the Soil Association’s 70th Anniversary Appeal.

The menu comprises of venison ravioli, Jerusalem artichoke puree and pickled girolles or lemon thyme & butternut squash linguine, nut style cheese, toasted sunflower seeds to start. Followed by roast rack of Daylesford lamb, tapenade pommes anna, roasted roots and cavello nero or mushroom risotto. Guests can then enjoy blackberry crumble tart, cinnamon ice cream. Prosecco will be available on arrival with a glass of house red or white to enjoy with supper.
