Curried parsnip and coconut soup with curry oil
Pine scented gravadlax of salmon with horseradish cream, blinis and avruga caviar
Ballontine of rabbit with celeriac and pear remoulade, toasted hazelnut, herb salad, crostini

Roast bronze turkey breast, sage, apple and onion stuffing, sausage in bacon, duck fat roasties, seasonal vegetables
Grilled fillet of sea bass with a risotto of crab, fennel and herbs with crab bisque
Shallot tarte tatin with local goats cheese, endive and chive salad, sherry vinegar caramel

Dessert
Christmas pudding with brandy butter mousse, mincemeat ice cream, cinnamon shortbread
Apple pie mousse with cider jelly, green apple sorbet, crispy apple
