Havanas Coffee

With a warm welcome and friendly service, the team ensure every visit is a pleasant one whether you’re ordering a coffee to go or sitting in for lunch.

The Coffee Dispensary

18 Regent Street, Cheltenham GL50 1HE

Formerly a pharmacy, the trendy Coffee Dispensary believes they prescribe the formula for a perfect cup of Joe. We agree - even the most discerning of coffee drinkers won’t be disappointed. Also, the minimalistic, Scandinavian-style interiors make the perfect backdrop for a coffee and cake Instagram shot.

The Scandinavian Coffee Pod

The Studios, Royal Well Place, Cheltenham GL50 3DN

Housed in a unique, bright yellow and glass-fronted pod, you won’t be able to miss the Scandinavian Coffee Pod. With the roasting machine next door, you’re ensured a fresh cup of coffee – whether an Americano or a milky coffee is your bag. If you’re feeling peckish, there’s a great choice of locally sourced cakes, pastries and sandwiches.

The Find

20 Regent Street, Cheltenham GL50 1HE

Although the café is relatively new to Cheltenham, The Find is already gaining a reputation for its delicious artisan coffee and hot chocolate, homemade lunches and suppers and delicious cakes and pastries. A warm welcome and friendly service mean customers return again and again, and there’s additional seating upstairs to ensure visitors don’t miss out during busier periods.

Opening times: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm (all day menu: 8am-3pm), Friday 8am-10pm (all day menu: 8am-3pm and supper & small plates: 6pm-9:30), Saturday 9am-10pm (all day menu 9am-4pm and supper & plates: 6pm-9:30pm), Sunday 9am-5pm (all day menu 9:30-4:30pm)

Well Walk Tea Room

5-6 Well Walk, Cheltenham GL50 3JX

Dainty crockery, wall hangings and quirky ornaments adorn the family-run Well Walk Tea Room, tucked away behind the Church of Mary St Minster. From a coffee and a Cheltenham Dripper in the morning, a bowl of homemade soup and doorstop sandwiches and indulgent afternoon teas served in the afternoon, there’s plenty to sate appetites around-the-clock in this delightful tea room.

The Swallow Bakery

The Quadrangle, Imperial Square, Cheltenham GL50 1PZ

Row upon row of homemade cakes, pastries and sourdoughs are sure to tempt you on arrival at The Swallow Bakery, just on the corner of Imperial Square. On warmer days, take your coffee and cake to go and enjoy the pretty scenery of Imperial Gardens.

Brew & Bake

Positioned on Cheltenham’s busy Bath Road, Brew & Bake is worth the walk from the town centre or a perfect spot to relax in after shopping in the street’s many boutique stores. Sandwiches, savouries and cakes are all handmade on site so you can be ensured of something tasty when you cosy up in one of the café’s comfortable corners.

Lucy’s Café

Another popular café along Bath Road, Lucy’s prides itself on fantastic customer service, and diners can expect a friendly atmosphere on every visit. Lucy’s serves a menu of delicious breakfasts, sandwiches and freshly made salads and great coffee and cake. We have it on good authority that the fried breakfasts are a delicious way to start the day.

The Green Coffee Machine

Serving up its fantastic organic and fair-trade coffee from a van to patrons for years along the Cheltenham’s popular Promenade, The Green Coffee Machine have opened their second outlet on Queen’s Road, opposite the train station. It’s clear the passion that goes into producing each cup and all coffee lovers should try their unique blend.

Café Moochoo
