Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team, led by Paul Fussell, is pleased to announce that they have recently advised on the acquisition of Eventurous Limited, a market leader in the corporate events industry across the UK by Garlands Leisure Limited (Garlands).

Garlands provide a wide range of tailored indoor and outdoor activities, team development programmes, large corporate fun days, team building days and incentive events, as well as on-site conference and event facilities at Mythe Farm, Warwickshire. The acquisition complements Garlands by providing an off-site solution.
