Go for Gold Business Opportunity for the South West

European business specialist, Benita Sutton-Cegarra, will launch her own Olympics style programmethis monthto companies throughout Gloucestershire and the South West to helpfight the recession.

Benita, head of BJC Europe, based in Beeches Road in Cirencester,is urging all teams: "Always go for gold; never second or third whatever the economic environment".

One of her main clients, Carlos Barrasa, sales director of the Castrol Industrial European and Asia-Pacific lubricants business, said: "I value working with Benita as she brings a proven method for effecting change and continuous improvement. Her approach combines a clear and practical framework with the ability to build relationships, understanding and alignment across different stakeholders.

"Benita is great as follow-up, is reliable and dependable. She knows how to get things done with little support. Unlike other consultants, she is very flexible in her approach, willing to incorporate what the customer wants to her toolkit. Benita works the problems from the inside out rather than the other way around and truly becomes part of the team.

Carlos concludes, "In a pretty competitive and turbulent environment, Benita is uniquely positioned to help any size of company to leverage their knowledge and expertise to produce quick and effective change."

The programme outlined in the direct mail document being sent to companies in the South West, offers companies of any size a one-hour 'fitness test' to help them prioritise where they focus their effort.

Benita explains, This will provide an immediate overview of each business structure, highlighting how well teams work together to deliver the business objectives.

The approach has been used by many businesses, enabling their organisations to

  • Save raw material costs

  • Become more innovative

  • Boost profitability

  • Introduce business accelerators to underpin gross margins

Benita, who delivers workshops and seminars worldwide, is happy to organise established workshop modules or standalone unique support programmes, depending on company needs.

Away from work and family, Benita, always goes for gold as a youth coach and referee with Cirencester Rugby Football Club. She was formerly Chairman of Gloucestershire IoD. She is also a holder of a Cirencester Chamber of Commerce Business Person ofthe Year Award.

Business people wishing to take up her offer of a freeFitness Test workshop should call her on 07785 500 635 or e-mail benita@bjc-europe.com
